Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver exceptional guest experiences in-store, educate customers on product benefits, and support omnichannel services. You will engage with guests, restock, and maintain a luxury store environment while embracing our values of inclusion and teamwork.

You will work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible schedule, travel to nearby stores if needed, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture that prioritizes people and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to deliver world-class guest experience and educate on products
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits
• Complete guest transactions accurately and support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store)
• Move on the sales floor to assist guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to address issues and improve service
