Job summary

iCRYO One Loudoun is seeking a Health and Wellness Specialist to welcome guests, educate them on Cryotherapy and related services, and guide them to suitable packages. You will manage check-in, scheduling, and payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role is part-time with weekend availability and opportunities to grow within a supportive wellness team, assisting providers and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for health and wellness with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate guests on services including Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Infusions, Body Sculpting.
• Conduct consultations and guide guests toward suitable services and packages.
• Manage check-in/check-out, scheduling, and payment processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts.
• Support wellness services by prepping rooms and assisting providers.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable.
