Job summary

iCRYO is seeking a motivated Health and Wellness Specialist at our One Loudoun location. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting Cryotherapy, IV infusions, and other wellness services.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced team, and are passionate about health and wellness. Weekend availability and a flexible shift schedule are required, with competitive hourly pay and commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for health and wellness with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate guests on services including Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Infusions, Body Sculpting, and more.
• Conduct consultations and guide guests toward suitable services and packages.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out, scheduling, and payment processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the center.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts, including promotions.
• Support wellness services by prepping rooms and assisting providers.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about products and protocols.
