Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
• Educate guests on services such as Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Infusions, Body Sculpting, and more.
• Conduct consultations and guide guests toward suitable services and packages.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out, scheduling, and payment processing using center software.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the center.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts, promoting new services and seasonal specials.
• Provide support to wellness services (prepping rooms, assisting providers, setting up equipment).
• Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about products, protocols and services.
