Job summary

Continental Resources is seeking a part-time Systems Analyst to cover Saturday and Sunday shifts in Bedford, MA 01730. The role involves handling customer issues, basic troubleshooting across Linux/Windows, networks, and storage, and providing excellent service.

The candidate should have a high school diploma with IT certifications (Google IT, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+), plus familiarity with ITSM, AD basics, and Windows environments. Shifts are 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
• Google IT Support Professional certification.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.
• Microsoft MTA and ITIL v3 Foundation.
• Experience: 0–3 years in a technical field.
• Experience in 24x7x365 Managed Services or SaaS preferred.
• Experience using ITSM and monitoring tool sets.

Responsibilities

• Triage customer calls and tickets by severity.
• Resolve issues on first contact when possible.
• Escalate to appropriate support level when needed.
• Provide clear, professional communication under stress.
• Troubleshoot Linux/Windows servers, network devices, hypervisors, storage.
• Respond to alerts and notify as required.
• Fulfill service requests and remediate incidents per SOPs.
• Update tickets with regular status and prioritize to SLAs.
• Distribute scheduled reports to customers.
• Assist cross-training of analysts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
