Job summary

Safari Run Sunnyvale is seeking a Part-time Supervisor to help lead our team, oversee operations, and ensure every family has an exceptional experience.

This weekend-focused role covers Friday through Sunday with up to 24 hours per week, on-call coverage, and involvement in onboarding, training, safety checks, guest service, and event coordination for birthday parties, camps, and open play.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2+ years of lead or shift management experience in family entertainment, hospitality, retail, recreation, or customer service.
• People Skills: Natural leader with strong communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills who loves working with children.
• Reliability: Punctual, organized, proactive, and dependable with weekend flexibility.
• Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support party hosts, front desk, and shift leads.
• Onboard and train new hires on customer service and safety standards.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety checks, and proper cash handling.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and oversee birthday parties, camps, and events.
• Coordinate camp activities and seasonal tasks as needed.
