A children's activity center is seeking a Weekend & Event Manager to oversee weekend operations and ensure smooth execution of events. The role requires supervising staff, managing birthday parties, and addressing guest inquiries. Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory or customer service/event experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Energetic, positive personality with a passion for working with children and families.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Available Friday evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Weekend Birthday/Event Coaches and Front Desk staff.
• Oversee party/event setup, execution, and cleanup.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues during weekend hours.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Promote Win Kids programs and services to parents and guests.
• Track attendance, supplies, and report operational needs to management.
