Job summary

Birch Creek Assisted Living is seeking a friendly Weekend Receptionist to support front desk operations in Smithfield, UT. This onsite, part-time role runs 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on alternating Saturdays and Sundays, with pay at $14/hour.

You will answer calls, greet visitors, relay resident needs to care staff, and handle basic administrative tasks while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service attitude and kindness toward seniors.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a busy front desk environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace or similar).
• Office/reception experience helpful; training available.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls.
