Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Answer telephones and direct calls professionally.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond promptly.
• Manage business center and mail processing.
• Maintain lobby/front desk area clean and organized.
• Direct emergency personnel and log significant incidents.
• Maintain visitor sign-in/out and guest room reservation books.
• Process maintenance work orders as needed.
