• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage business center and process mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and follow safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions.
• Keep front lobby and desk organized.
• Direct emergency personnel to locations and be the contact.
• Log significant incidents in the logbook.
• Maintain visitor sign-in/out and reservation books; complete maintenance work orders.
