Job summary

Clark Retirement is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors and support daily operations on Sundays, 8:00am–4:00pm. This part-time weekend role may expand to cover weekdays or additional shifts. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, organization, and a compassionate approach to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and team members.
• Take pride in supporting residents’ well-being and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operates multi-line phone system and answer calls in a polite, personal, and friendly manner.
• Greets and directs visitors to appropriate staff and ensures sign-in and badges per policy.
• Monitor emergency situations and direct staff; contact emergency personnel when needed.
• Maintain files of residents' names, room locations, and entry systems.
• Administrative tasks as assigned.
