Job summary

Fresh Air Heating & Cooling is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher in Richmond, TX, with weekend-only hours (8am-8pm). You will support customer service and dispatch tasks to keep service operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make follow-up calls to customers from the prior day for quality assurance.
• Contact maintenance customers to schedule service visits.
• Call customer lists to promote services and special offers.
• Respond to and follow up on customer reviews (positive and negative).
• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support.
