Position Overview

Dispatcher with experience or an aspiring Dispatcher. Support dispatch operations, ensure timely service, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients and generating revenue
• Notify clients ahead of time if we will not arrive in the specified time window
• Communicate with Parts & Purchasing to arrange efficient delivery of parts and schedule return visits
• Debrief with field staff upon completion of a job
• Ensure all invoices and job notes are accurate and updated
