Job summary

Fresh Air Heating & Cooling is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher in Richmond, TX, with weekend-only hours (8am-8pm). You will support customer service and dispatch tasks to keep service operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make follow-up calls to customers from the prior day for quality assurance.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Make follow-up calls to customers from the prior day for quality assurance
• Contact maintenance customers to schedule service visits
• Call customer lists to promote services and special offers
• Respond to and follow up on customer reviews (positive and negative)
• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support

Dispatching Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently
• Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding appointment updates
• Ensure all jobs are properly entered, tracked, and completed in the system
• Help optimize daily schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
