Job summary

River City One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring for a full-time customer service representative to answer incoming calls and assist with dispatching service and maintenance calls. The role includes some weekday and weekend shifts; benefits include 401(k), health and dental insurance, and Paid time off.

You will greet clients, maintain courteous communication, coordinate with technicians, and support franchise operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and telephone communication skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Good computer skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Nighttime/weekend/holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client telephone calls and form first impressions.
• Maintain courteous, professional communication on calls.
• Make outbound calls to book maintenance jobs.
• Coordinate with technicians and assist from the office.
• Work with CSRs to achieve goals.
