Qualifications

• Customer service skills and friendly demeanor.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and acknowledge them per standards.
• Address guests’ service needs and provide assistance.
• Handle check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform vessel checks and ensure equipment is functional.
• Maintain vessels and marina area to company standards.
• Prepare reservation-related clerical work (logs, weather reports).
• Provide basic guidance to members about local waters.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow policies.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and stand for extended periods.
