Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, balancing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests.
• Anticipate and address service needs of guests.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette.
• Check-in and check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure vessels are functional.
• Clean and maintain vessels and marina area.
• Prepare reservation logs, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Provide basic guidance about local waters to members.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Maintain a neat uniform and appearance.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Protect confidential information.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather.
