Job summary

Brunswick’s Freedom Boat Club dock operations team seeks friendly, upbeat individuals to greet members and handle dock duties. This full-time role requires weekday, weekend, and holiday availability, with duties across check-in/out, equipment checks, and VHF-based guidance on local waters.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests per standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Manage check-in and check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks to ensure vessels are ready.
• Maintain vessels and marina location per company standards.
• Complete daily clerical tasks for reservations, fuel logs, and weather reports.
