Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, including Freedom Boat Club, is seeking a friendly seasonal dock attendant to greet guests, check in/out members, and assist on the docks. You’ll work outdoors in a marina setting, with a fleet of boats, and support waterway safety and guest experience.

The position runs through October/November with weekday, weekend, and holiday availability. The job offers an hourly rate of $16.00 and eligibility for a 401k match, plus seasonal retention bonuses if you meet eligibility.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and carrying equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Manage check-in and check-out on a handheld tablet.
• Perform vessel checks and maintain Club location.
• Keep operations and vessels clean and safe per standards.
• Provide basic guidance to members about local waters.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to policies.
