Job summary

Brunswick is seeking friendly, upbeat individuals to join Freedom Boat Club as seasonal dock attendants. You will greet members, manage check-in/check-out on the dock, and assist guests with basic boating information. The role runs through October/November with weekday, weekend, and holiday availability.

Anticipated pay is $16.94 per hour, with eligibility for Brunswick’s 401(k) plan and seasonal bonuses. If you meet eligibility, you may earn additional end-of-season bonuses.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to regularly lift/carry up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests according to standards.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Provide basic guidance about local waters to members.
• Maintain vessels and marina area per company standards.
• Perform daily clerical tasks for reservations, logs and weather reports.
• Coordinate safety and policies on the dock and vessels.
