OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Valet Trash Technicians in the Arlington area. You will work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient routes, outdoor work in all weather, and regular evening hours Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.

Job Details

Job Location: Arlington Area(Mat) - TX 76010, Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 PM – Approximately 9:00 PM

Pay: $580 biweekly (paid biweekly) + Paid Holidays

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck not required(highly recommended)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
