Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to work independently at an assigned apartment community in the Arlington area, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, walking long distances, and working outdoors in all weather. A valid driver's license and smartphone with data plan are required. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, evenings, with biweekly pay and paid holidays.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Smartphone with data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 PM – Approximately 9:00 PM

Pay: $350-$410 biweekly (paid biweekly) + Paid Holidays
