Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in Haltom City is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician for evening shifts (Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 PM to around 9:00 PM). You will work at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep the grounds clean.

The role offers biweekly pay of $460–$560 plus paid holidays, with outdoor work in all weather; you’ll complete routes safely, follow procedures, and document any resident violations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances on uneven surfaces.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Pickup truck required.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
