Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in Coppell area, TX, is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to collect doorstep trash and recycling at apartment communities, working Sunday–Thursday nights.

You will work independently, document violations, and contribute to keeping the grounds clean. Must have a pickup truck, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and endure outdoor conditions.

Pay is 350 or 650 biweekly plus paid holidays; must have valid license and smartphone.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances including stairs.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to a dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
