Job summary

Optimized Waste Removal in Arlington, TX, is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician for evenings (Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–9:00 PM). You'll work independently at apartment communities, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep neighborhoods clean.

Pay is biweekly ($350–$410) plus paid holidays. Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable outdoors in all weather, with a valid driver’s license and a smartphone for job updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
