Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in Weatherford, TX is seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals for the Valet Trash Technician role. You will work independently at an apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep the property clean.

The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 PM to approximately 8:30 PM, with pay of $380 biweekly plus paid holidays. You will perform duties on-site, handling routes safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances, including stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Smartphone with data plan and working camera required.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
