OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician for a Sunday–Thursday evening shift in the Haslet area. You will collect doorstep trash and recycling, transport to the dumpster, and maintain community cleanliness while working independently.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. A smartphone with data is needed to document routes and violations, with biweekly pay and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance and a valid driver's license.

Job Details: Job Location: Haslet Area - TX 76052, Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 8:00 PM – Approximately 9:30 PM

Pay: $370 biweekly (paid biweekly) + Paid Holidays

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team. As a Valet Trash Technician, you'll work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

Responsibilities:

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
