Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days/week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; warehouse environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Provide leadership and foster a teamwork-oriented environment with proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans and ongoing coaching for staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
