UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead, train, and develop workgroups focused on safety, productivity, and attendance. The role requires maintaining high standards for accuracy, customer service, and organizational practices while fostering a cooperative, safety-driven culture.

Responsibilities include relationship-building with staff and management, facilitating training, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and department and corporate requirements in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensure comprehensive orientation, safety training and ongoing coaching.
