Job summary

UPS seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups while maintaining high standards for accuracy, customer service, and teamwork.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 70 lbs. Flexible shifts are available, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. /32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
