Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance while developing team capabilities. The role emphasizes maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization and customer service across shifts and departments.

The candidate will lead training initiatives, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with all safety and corporate policies. A Bachelor’s degree and physical ability to lift 70 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops and leads workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication and safety.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Implements personal development plans to ensure ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensures all employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
