UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in the United States seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will supervise, train, develop and motivate workgroups while ensuring high standards of accuracy, customer service and safety. Responsibilities include building strong relationships across teams, coordinating training, enforcing policies, optimizing resources and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts up to 5 days a week.
• Strong oral and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees and ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Implements personal development plans and conducts orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations.
