Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance. You will set high performance standards and foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and ensuring compliance with safety policies while coordinating with different departments to optimize operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Provides leadership and builds relationships across the organization.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees and conducts regular evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures and aerospace/government requirements (as applicable).
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
