Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead safety, productivity, and attendance across a team. You will train staff, set high standards for accuracy and customer service, and ensure compliance with safety programs and policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, the ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility to work up to five days per week. Strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative leadership and cultivates positive relations with all levels of personnel.
• Ensures employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
