UPS is seeking a disciplined supervisor to lead Package Handlers, train and develop teams while upholding safety, productivity and attendance standards. The role focuses on cultivating strong cross‑functional relationships and driving continuous improvement across the department.

The successful candidate will manage resources, ensure OSHA compliance, and promote a positive, proactive work environment with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and work flexible shifts up to 5 days a week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; able to operate in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and team leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers, train and develop workgroups.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Lead departments to ensure safety compliance with OSHA requirements and policies.
• Organize resources for maximum output and efficiency across shifts.
• Implement personal development plans and provide ongoing coaching.
