Job summary

UPS is seeking a Supervisory role to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks, focusing on safety, productivity, and accurate timecard submission. You will lead training sessions, foster strong relationships with staff and customers, and coordinate performance evaluations with management.

The position is permanent and on-site, with a requirement for flexible shifts, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
