Job summary

UPS is seeking a driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance initiatives. You will train teams, maintain high standards for accuracy and service, and foster a collaborative environment across the organization.

You will supervise resources, ensure compliance with policies, and drive continuous improvement while supporting staff development and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
