Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to train and oversee package handlers and clerks, ensuring safety and productivity across daily operations. The role focuses on attendance, timecard submission, and coordinating with management.

The candidate will lead team meetings, supervise daily activities, and resolve package-related issues while upholding UPS's ethical standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kg.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety and productivity.
• Maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Leads group meetings and coordinates evaluations with management.
• Directs daily activities to ensure duties are completed safely and on time.
• Upholds UPS's code of conduct and high ethical standards.
