Job summary

UPS seeks a supervisor to train and oversee package handlers and clerks, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely completion of duties. You will manage attendance, submit timecards, and coordinate evaluations with management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and strong communication skills. Prior management experience is preferred and knowledge of Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises package handlers and clerks on safety and productivity.
• Maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates group training sessions and meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Ensures daily activities are completed safely and on time.
