Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate at our Sioux Falls, SD store. You will help manage inventory, receive and ship goods, and support branch operations from 7:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, occasional local deliveries, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. This role offers hands-on training and opportunities to advance within a Fortune 500 supplier of industrial and construction products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficient written and oral communication.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and prioritization.
• Self-directed and customer-service oriented.
• Able to lift 25–75 lbs.
• Pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining branch inventory
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
