Job summary

Fastenal is hiring a Part-time Warehouse Associate for the Walla Walla, WA branch at 1919 E Isaacs Ave. You will handle inventory, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counts while supporting local deliveries as needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided after onboarding and performance goals are met.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Current full valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving record requirements
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam)

• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
