Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate for our DESEA Public Store in Seaford, DE. The role involves handling product flow, inventory control, and local deliveries as needed. Expect a schedule that may shift after onboarding to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will work in a fast-paced environment and support branch success with a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Motivated, self-directed and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and up to 75 lbs.
• Pass drug screen and background check as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory.
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle-count inventory.
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success.
