Fastenal Co. is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Specialist in Sioux Falls, SD 57104. You will handle deliveries, replenishment, and maintenance of vending equipment at customer sites, while engaging customers and placing orders.

This role offers a dynamic local route with daily customer service responsibilities and branch support. The position emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and teamwork, with a focus on inventory replenishment and equipment upkeep for our vending programs.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license in location and clean driving record to operate company vehicle
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Work independently as well as in a team
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs, up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam only)

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
