Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Roseville, CA is hiring a Part-time Warehouse Associate to join our branch at 10572 Industrial Ave. You will help manage inventory, receive, pick, package, ship, and conduct cycle counts while supporting daily branch operations.

This role offers up to 28 hours per week with shifts 7:00am–5:00pm, and pay between $17 and $22 per hour. You will work with a team to maintain a safe, organized facility and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficient written and oral communication.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and prioritization.
• Self-motivated and customer-service oriented.
• Able to lift 25–75 lbs. and handle physical work.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management at the branch.
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting of inventory.
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties to support branch success.
