Job summary

Success Education Colleges (SEC) is seeking part-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse instructors to teach LIVE clinical rotations in San Diego, CA. Instructors will oversee students in clinical facilities and labs, ensuring safety and accurate clinical documentation.

Ideal candidates hold CA RN or LVN licensure, have teaching or clinical instruction experience, and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills. Travel may be required; positions start immediately.

Qualifications

• Registered or Licensed Vocational Nurse with CA license.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing preferred; five years RN experience in specialty field.

Responsibilities

• Accept complete responsibility for students in the clinical facility.
• Teach a course load as assigned including clinical lab instruction.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
• Clarify daily clinical expectations with students and staff.
• Coordinate daily plans with clinical site to observe, instruct, and evaluate.
• Provide feedback and evaluate student progress weekly.
