Job summary

Success Education Colleges in California seeks highly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) instructors to teach part-time LIVE clinical rotations at partner hospitals and medical facilities.

The role includes coordinating lab and clinical instruction, ensuring safety, and assessing student progress with timely feedback. Travel to clinical sites is required; immediate start is possible.

Qualifications

RN with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing from an accredited program.
Minimum five years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
LVN with AA/AS degree + 6 years experience or BA/BS with 2 years experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to teach clinical, lab and live rotations.

Responsibilities

Accept complete responsibility for students in the clinical facility.
Teach a course load as assigned, including prep for and instruction of clinical laboratory.
Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
Clarify daily clinical expectations with students and facility staff.
Direct students in data collection and integrate into clinical paperwork.
Coordinate daily plans with clinical site to optimize observation and evaluation.
Provide feedback and evaluate student progress weekly.
