Job summary

Success Education Colleges is currently seeking highly qualified Registered and Licensed Vocational Nurses to teach part-time LIVE Clinical rotations at well-known hospitals and medical facilities in California.

Essential duties include supervising students in clinical facilities, planning and delivering clinical labs, coordinating with clinical sites, and assessing progress with timely feedback. Applicants should hold CA RN or LVN credentials and be able to start immediately.

Qualifications

RN with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Minimum five years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, with five years’ experience in the specialty field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Instructor is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Teach clinical courses and clinical lab instruction.
Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
Coordinate daily plan with clinical site to best observe, instruct, and evaluate students.
Direct students in data collection and integration into their clinical paperwork; provide resources to students to ensure critical thinking through the nursing process.
Evaluate student progress and give feedback weekly; provide clear objectives for improvement as needed.
Oversee and facilitate laboratory sessions for students in the lab, ensuring safety and engagement.
