Job summary

Success Education Colleges in San Diego, CA seeks highly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) instructors for part-time LIVE clinical rotations. Duties include supervising students in clinical facilities, teaching clinical labs, and coordinating with clinical sites to maximize learning outcomes.

Requirements include active CA RN or LVN license, teaching experience preferred, strong communication skills, and ability to travel to affiliated hospitals and facilities.

Qualifications

Teaching experience preferred but not required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Analytical skills and ability to document clinical data clearly.
Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email.

Responsibilities

Accept complete responsibility for students in the clinical facility.
Teach a course load as assigned, including preparation for and instruction of clinical laboratory.
Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
Clarify daily clinical expectations with students during pre-conference.
Clarify student placement and expectations with clinical staff.
Direct students in data collection and integration into clinical paperwork.
