Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in executing Floorsets, maintaining Brand Visual Standards, and driving guest-ready floors. You will train the Floorset team and coordinate replenishment to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

You will lead by example, ensuring merchandising accuracy, timely updates, and a strong guest experience while collaborating with leadership to achieve store goals.

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Ensure store displays reflect AEO Brand Standards and guest-ready condition.
• Oversee day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute merchandising opportunities.
• Maintain safety standards on Salesfloor and Stockroom.
