Job summary

Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead drives the customer journey with optical expertise and a friendly, bold approach. The role requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, plus a high school diploma and state licensing where applicable.

You’ll meet sales goals, guide product selections, and support store operations, including leadership-led openings and closings. Join a team focused on helping customers look great and see great while delivering superior service

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients for their eyewear and maintain product knowledge through cont. training.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's goals, including opening/closing in LEAD roles.
